Negative After Effects of Water Sports

A fun-filled activity over the weekend or a long one via a vacation has always been a great form of stress reliever and a source for entertainment. But amidst all of the fun-filled sports activities, the normal human buddy could only go to a certain extent and going over board can cause some very negative effects to it.
