Michael Phelps is back in the water and successfully grabbed two victory, the 200-meter butterfly won with 1 minute 52.76 seconds and the 200-meter freestyle with 1 minute 44.23 seconds
Although the two victories were the fastest in this year, Phelps is not happy with these result cause according to him, its way off his best times he used to, according to a L.A. Times Sport column(link below).
