A person who owns a small room or the yacht or boat itself is a very rare opportunity to have but this doesn't mean problems will not come their way. From refueling, to maintenance, to club membership, weather and privacy. Privacy in the sense that looming peeping toms or other boat owners might look into one's business and it is not a very "cool" experience.
