Please give us a short summary of your website?
We specialize in athletic conditioning, career preparation and body modification/weight loss. We use an affordable online and in-person approach. Clients have access to their own program page, our video exercise library, education section and unlimited support.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It comes from the Latin language; a connection between places or ideas etc, a nexus. Our website is the connection of serious athletes/people to superior performance/results. It is the centrepoint for our business, connecting us with our clients and our clients with many of our resources.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It is affordable, Canadian made and backed by education and experience. We focus on the product, our service. We target athletic and career minded populations including police, fire, military with the small town exerciser in mind.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Our goal is to increase the affordability of "personal" and athletic training and give those who live in more remote communities greater acccess to health and fitness resources. Many people need help and advice with scheduled check-ins without the expense of one-on-one training.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We would endeavour to reach as many clients as possible, keeping in mind our product is a service; our customer service is a priority. We may need to limit the number.
